Hello my name is Darryn Ashwell and I am the owner /manager of Barry Clarke Automotive Ltd. Barry Clarke Automotive was established in September 1993 by Barry Clarke. The reason I bought this business was to carry on offering the high standard of automotive repairs that Barry Clarke Automotive performs within the independent market.

I have worked in all areas of the automotive trade for over 20 years in New Zealand and received my automotive training as a Toyota factory trained technician. I am a grade qualified technician and continually keep up to date with the latest automotive training. I am proud of Barry Clarke Automotives success and reputation - we repair all makes and model cars including:

Toyota, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Suzuki, Ford, Honda, Nissan, VW, BMW Audi, Mercedes, Volvo, Chevrolet, Dodge, Chrysler, Landrover and Saab.

At Barry Clarke we are MTA members and are Automobile Association (AA) auto licensed repairers. We stand by our workmanship offering a 10,000km or 12 month warranty. To keep up with rapid technological changes in the automotive industry we regularly send all staff on regular training courses. At Barry Clarke we are always looking at new ways to improve our customer service by having an efficient quality management system in place.
